Na´Vi to grand final over Titan

Natus Vincere have secured themselves a grand final spot after overcoming Titan 2-0 (16-9 de_dust2, 16-11 de_mirage).

The beginning of the upper bracket final saw a back and forth pistol round eventually taken care of by Na´Vi as terrorists on de_dust2, as they correctly rotated towards the right bombsites. 

Despite they got caught while splitting B, Sergey "starix" Ischuk was able to save his team and take it to a 5-round lead after a two-on-two first gunround win.

Even a double-AWP setup by Titan couldn't stop Na´Vi's A attacks and with another rotation battle led by Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko both in frags and calls, Titan were staring down the barrel at 9-0.

Kenny "kennyS" Schrub stopped Na´Vi going towards B with his triple once, but couldn't repeat it anymore and his team only got one more round during the first half, while Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács scored a lined up double-kill in the fourteenth round.

In spite of ScreaM topfragging, Titan didn't score many rounds on dust2

The pistol round was the only hope for Titan to be able to have a chance at a comeback and they did manage to pick Kovács and company one by one, but the first and second gunround took it to 15-5 thanks to perfect rotations by Teslenko.

Nathan "NBK" Schmitt saved his team once in the following round, as well as Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom with a double headshot in a one-on-two, but that was all Titan could do on the first map, which ended 16-9.

After the teams switched over to de_mirage, it was far more even than on the first map. Na´Vi's mid push was pushed back by Titan and the former decided to save completely.

Even without any gear at all in the beginning, Denis "seized" Kostin was able to pick off a triple while rotating perfectly once again before he finished up an eco ace in a two-versus-two.

That was only for Benrlitom to strike back with a P250, as he picked up an all-headshot triple while flanking mid, which pushed Titan to a three-round lead.

Even though Titan ran the same agressive mid strat they have been so successful at against Virtus.pro, it wasn't enough to win a round as Kostin once again saved the round for Na´Vi with two kills in a two-on-three.

Two B attacks coming out of the home team ended up in Ischuk's one-on-two and Na´Vi were once again in the lead 7-4. Once Titan fended off another smoke A strategy, Schmitt stepped up in two of the last three rounds by winning a one-on-two with an AWP with the bomb planted, as well as a single-handed two-on-three.

Titan escaped the first side by the skin of their teeth, being up only a single round, but that was pushed to three when they won the second pistol round at the A bombsite.

Another mistake by the French-Belgian team ended up with them being picked off almost one by one by Na´Vi's CZ-75 Auto buy, after which they tried two desperate forcebuys, resulting in a 11-10 scoreline in favour of Kostin and company.

Benrlitom continued to top-frag even on de_mirage, which helped Titan equalize the game at 11-11, but from there on his team couldn't get anything going their way. An unsuccessful A push resulted in yet another forcebuy, which they didn't manage to turn into their favor and the game was over only two rounds afterwards at 16-11.

Day two is now over, Na´Vi have to wait for the match of NiP and Titan tomorrow at 14:00 , while the grand final is scheduled for 18:00 .
